Sam is a breathworker, circle leader, artist, oneness enthusiast, pleasure seeking lady on a mission to neutralize the patriarchy... finding lots of opportunity to laugh while she does it. She has a healthy obsession with non-duality and is an enneagram 9 down to her core. She created MATMoTIVES, motivator decals. She is a drum loving bhakti yoga goddess, and mother to an incredible rebel maiden.
Sam likes to dance, cook, and rest well. She says no when she wants to, and drinks a whole lot of tea. She is led by her goosebumps and follows bodily sensations like GPS. Some of her favorite things include teaching teachers (they make very rewarding students), and having a clean kitchen. She also loves her cat, Steven, who is the best boy.
Sam is 500 YA certified, with additional certifications in pranayama and meditation. As a teacher, you can expect Sam's offerings to be honest and vulnerable with focuses on the non-physical aspects of the self (mind, emotions, and breath).
